Knowle's 1930s semis are solid 9-inch brick with no cavity. EWI with 90mm graphite EPS brings the U-value below 0.30 W/m²K. We install over the existing render (if bonded) or strip-back first if the substrate's compromised.

Knowle is one of the more popular south Bristol suburbs — close to Temple Meads station (15-minute walk), within easy reach of the city centre, with a strong local community feel.
