Kingswood has a lot of 1930s semi-detached housing stock along the A420 and around the town centre, mostly with original sand-and-cement that fails by spalling. We strip back to brick, repoint where the pointing's gone, then apply silicone over mesh — usually a 7-10 day project for a 3-bed semi.

Kingswood is technically in South Gloucestershire but functions as a Bristol suburb. The high street is one of the longest local high streets in the Bristol area, and the residential streets radiating out from it are where most of our work happens. The 1930s semis are the dominant property type — larger and more imposing than Hanham's, often with bay windows, multiple chimney stacks, and original sand-and-cement render that's now well past its sell-by date. The newer estates on the edges (around Soundwell, Staple Hill and the Cadbury Heath border) have 1960s-80s detached and semi-detached, with pebbledash that needs stripping.
