Warmley is a mix of 1930s semis along the A420 and 1970s-80s estate homes on the newer developments. The older semis need full strip-back of failed sand-and-cement; the estate homes typically have original pebbledash that's failing piecemeal.

Silicone render is the system we'd put on our own homes. It's the best of all worlds: through-colour, so no painting ever; hydrophobic, so Bristol's driving rain beads off; breathable, so the wall can dry out; and self-cleaning, so algae and dirt don't take hold. We install silicone systems from Johnstone's, K Rend, Parex and Weber across Bristol — typically on 1930s semis where the original sand-and-cement has failed, on detached new-builds where a clean modern finish is wanted, and on commercial buildings where a 25-year maintenance-free life matters. Every silicone system we install is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty, and priced with a fixed written quote after a free site visit.

Warmley is a small village community east of Bristol that retains a village feel despite the suburban growth around it. The centre has older period cottages (some listed, some in the conservation area) which need sympathetic lime-compatible renders. The surrounding estates have the more typical 1960s-80s housing — semis and detached with pebbledash that's failing. The mix of property types makes Warmley interesting work — we might do a lime render on a cottage in the morning and a silicone re-render on a 1970s semi in the afternoon.
