Keynsham's inter-war semis carry original pebbledash that's now failing — strip-back, mesh-reinforced base, silicone re-render is our standard treatment for those. The post-war Chandag and Park Estate housing is more straightforward — original render's still bonded, just needs a substrate prep and one-coat silicone to bring it up to date.

Keynsham is a market town in Bath and North East Somerset, roughly equidistant between Bristol and Bath, and the housing stock spans both traditions. Around the High Street and Temple Street there is a modest Georgian and Victorian core, some of it stone-built and some in conservation area. Would recommend K D Plastering. When I made my initial call, I left a message and Kyran returned the call by the end of the day to arrange a house visit/quote which was efficiently done within 2 days. Really happy with the plastering that was done over the artex roof and walls. We also had a bit of outdoor rendering done to a great standard.
