St George's Victorian terraces along Church Road and Clouds Hill Road carry 1870s-1900s solid brickwork that takes silicone rendering well. The terraces are tight for scaffold — we typically price for full-perimeter access rather than tower-only, which adds around £500-£1,000 to the project.

Silicone render is the system we'd put on our own homes. St George is where Victorian Bristol meets working-class Bristol. The housing is dense — rows of terraces from the 1870s-1900s, mostly two-up two-down with rendered front elevations. Many of these were originally faced in lime render which is now failing; a significant number have been unsympathetically painted in modern masonry paint which is also failing. We work on a lot of terraces here, often coordinating across whole streets where neighbouring homeowners want consistent finishes.
